Sophia Bush wants to give someone the shirt off her back — literally.

The One Tree Hill actress and activist is selling designer clothes from her personal closet via Closets for Causes' eBay auction to benefit Pencils of Promise.

"Pencils of Promise rocks my world because they believe every child should have access to quality education," Bush, 30, tells Us Weekly in a statement. "They create schools, programs and global communities around the common goal of education for all."

"Everyone has an impossible challenge: a milestone to reach, a daunting task to accomplish, a fear to overcome," Melanie Stevenson, director of operations at Pencils of Promise, explains. "Ours is 100 schools in 2012. By dedicating her impossible challenge to Pencils of Promise, Sophia brings us one step closer. Together, we can achieve the Impossible and create possibility for thousands of children around the world."

Bush has personally pulled each designer item from her wardrobe; Louis Vuitton, Herve Leger, Marc Jacobs, Christian Louboutin and Alice + Olivia are just a few of the luxe labels up for grabs.
