Working moms, huddle up!

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, feisty co-host of The View and mother of Grace, 5, Taylor, 2, and Isaiah, 1, says her secret to juggling work and family with husband, former quarterback Tim Hasselbeck is "TTC (Total Team Commitment)."

"Our work schedules are intense in character, but flexible in schedule outside of the live hours we are on camera," Hasselbeck, 33, revealed to CelebrityBabyScoop.com. "Tim and I huddle up every night to game plan the schedule for the next day."

During the busy week, the co-host devotes days to the kids, but then squeezes in time for her projects during off-hours. "I do my product line work during Grace's school hours, and the boys naps, and at night." Hasselbeck, who has Celiac's disease and wrote The G-Free Diet, is working on a gluten-free line of protein bars and gluten-free, nut-free snack bars for kids.

While her packed schedule looks nothing like her pre-motherhood days ("I buy more milk than I ever imagined possible!"), one thing remains the same: her love of football.

"I 'heart' football and always have," Hasselbeck, who serves as spokesperson for NFL Reebok shirts exclusively for A Pea in the Pod, explained. "I watched it as a kid with my dad, watched Tim play all through college, through the NFL, and now as a family."

As luck would have it, watching sports plays into their family rules. "Our basic rule number one is have some fun," she said. "We believe — and witness every day — that our kids have the most fun in safe, known boundaries. So we show them the line of 'no' and then they can play confidently within the rules."
