After tying the knot in an intimate, luxurious weeklong extravaganza at the Borgo Egnaza resort in southern Italy, newlyweds Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were ready to go wild — really wild!
Newly released photos from Oct. 21 (two days after the wedding) reveal Timberlake, 31, and wife Biel, 30, arriving via private plane in Tanzania, on the southeastern coast of Africa. That same day, the boarded a helicopter from Kilimanjaro Airport to Singita Grumeti, a private reserve in Serengeti Park. There, the couple reportedly checked out the world famous wildlife via 4 x 4s, took a hot air balloon ride and kicked back in a luxurious lodge.
Singer-actor Timberlake opened up about the wedding itself to Britain’s Hello! magazine — and confirmed that he serenaded his bride with a brand-new, original song as she walked down the aisle in a custom, pink Giambattista Valli gown.
“I figured if there was something I was going to be able to offer, it would be to sing her down the aisle,” the “Cry Me a River” crooner said. And he brought down the house!
“Grown men were weeping. Hopefully it’s because I didn’t sound bad,” he said.
