Oops! Carrie Ann Inaba Falls Off Her Chair on Dancing With the Stars

Dancing With the Stars: All Stars judge Carrie Inaba is falling for contestant Gilles Marini — literally!

Critiquing the hunky actor’s rumba with Peta Murgatroyd on the Oct. 22 episode, Inaba couldn’t contain herself and was quickly overcome with emotion. “Let the baby-making begin! That was ridic. . . ” Inaba, 44, said animatedly, before falling off her chair on live TV. Maintaining a smile throughout her embarrassing ordeal, Inaba was quickly tended to by Marini and DWTS host Tom Bergeron.

“When you said ‘Let the baby-making begin,’ I didn’t think you’d get in position!” Bergeron quipped in response.

After the judge was given a hug by Marini, her colleague Bruno Tonioli attempted his own version of a fall. “Me too, me too,” he said, falling across the judges’ table in Marini’s direction. As the contestant headed back to learn his scores, he offered Tonioli a quick peck on the lips.

Later, Marini’s partner joked that it was the actor’s sexiness that set Inaba off. “You have the ability to draw in women in — and then make them faint,” Murgatroyd told Us Weekly.

Marini, who earned 29.5 points out of 30 for the routine, said swiveling his hips came easy on Monday’s show. “It was an unfortunate event and thank God [Carrie Ann] didn’t get hurt, but the compliments [for my dance] were flying around and I got kind of deaf with the screams, [they were] loud,” he admitted in jest.
