Mazel tov! Scooter Braun and his fiancee Yael Cohen are married! A source close to Justin Bieber‘s longtime manager tells Us Weekly the couple tied the knot on Sunday, July 6, in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.
Still on cloud nine, the blushing bride took to Instagram on Monday, July 7, to gush about the occasion. “Yesterday was officially the best day of my life,” wrote Cohen, 27, alongside a professional snapshot of her hubby. (Braun’s new wife is the CEO of F— Cancer, an organization she founded after her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2009.) Her beau, 33, hinting at the upcoming nuptials on July 4, tweeted: “Going to be an epic weekend. Happy 4th!”
Guests at the star-studded ceremony included Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen, Ed Sheeran, and Cohen’s close pal, actress Sophia Bush.
According to the insider, Bieber did not attend the nuptials with his on-again flame Selena Gomez. The pop sensation, mourning the death of his superfan Alicia Tamboia (who died in a car crash in New York on July 4), wore all black to the ceremony. Bieber, sharing pics from the wedding, uploaded one with his fellow musician. “@edsheeran is one of the only people on my iPod,” the Canadian star wrote.
Bieber shared another pic with the beautiful bride and wrote, “Congrats Yael 😉 u looked like a princess last night. And damn I can’t believe Scooter found someone that puts up with his bs 😉 love you guys.”
Chicago Fire star Bush, meanwhile, posted numerous pictures from inside the wedding. “All you need is #love,” Bush, 31, wrote alongside one sweet pic of the couple dancing and laughing. Another photo, captioned “#LoveLoveLove” by the One Tree Hill alum, featured the newlyweds sharing a kiss at the altar.
In an extended message congratulating Cohen, Bush wrote: “Congratulations to my beautiful bunny, the bride. @yael, you are one of the kindest, most intelligent, giving people I know. I’m so happy you’ve found your other half. Here’s to a lifetime of love.”
Us exclusively reported the news of Braun and Cohen’s engagement back in January. “They are head over heels and are so great together,” an insider told Us. Added another source, “He is really happy.”
