Before Ashley Hebert gave her final rose to J.P. Rosenbaum Monday night on The Bachelorette, she had a chance at love with 24 other guys. Now that Hebert, 27, is engaged to Rosenbaum, 34, one of her rejected suitors might get his second chance at finding a wife. So would Ames Brown, Ben Flajnik or Ryan Park make the best Bachelor?
Brown, 31, was heartbroken when Hebert sent him home after his hometown date. "I think it would be hard to eclipse my level of disappointment," Brown said. "[But] I didn't want to make something difficult for Ashley even more difficult."
"Being the Bachelorette is hard!" Park, 31, said Thursday during a conference call. So would the solar energy executive put his heart on the line as ABC's new Bachelor? "Maybe!" he said.
Flajnik, 28, was one of Hebert's final two suitors, and even got down on one knee to propose before he was rejected. "I don't need you to sugarcoat it," he said, heartbroken. "You can't leave this on good terms. I don't know how you want me to feel. Right now I'm in shock. Good things don't end unless they end badly."
During ABC's After the Final Rose finale special, Flajnik told Chris Harrison: "I was in love with her. It takes a lot for me to fall in love."
