Since making their move to Los Angeles over five years ago, David and Victoria Beckham and their kids (sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 9, Cruz, 7, and daughter Harper, 8 months) have gotten to rub elbows with Hollywood royalty.
But despite mom’s fashion icon/designer status and dad’s star soccer player fame, even this A-list family has gotten mixed up with another famous kin.
“For Romeo’s birthday, as a surprise, the family took him to hang out in Justin Bieber’s studio while he was recording his Christmas album,” Victoria, 37, tells the April issue of Vogue. “Bieber sweetly sent the boys signed guitars afterward, but Romeo’s was signed to “Pax” (Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s 8-year-old son).
“So we got one of the Jolie-Pitts’ guitars,” says Victoria.
As for brushes with royalty in their homeland, Victoria also opens up about the coveted invite she and her husband, 36, received to Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Apirl 29th nuptials in London.
Of course, being seven months pregnant at the time proved to be somewhat of an obstacle when choosing fashionable garb for the high-profile event.
“First, obviously, we were very, very excited,” Victoria tells the magazine. But “what do you wear to the biggest wedding ever—when you’re enormously pregnant?”
The answer: her own design from the Victoria Beckham collection: a navy blue, billow dress paired with a Philip Treacy pillbox hat and pair of signature Christian Louboutin pumps.
