In Los Angeles Wednesday night, Hollywood's hottest stars in TV, music and movies worked the Nokia Theatre red carpet in anything but normal, run-of-the-mill dresses.
Glee's Lea Michele, 25, who took home the PCA for Favorite TV Comedy Actress, showed off her fringe benefits in a white, hand draped bugle bead dress by Marchesa, which she wore with Jimmy Choo "Senora" glitter sandals.

Before she took the stage to perform her latest single, "Give Your Heart a Break", Demi Lovato worked the red carpet in a glamorous pink silk chiffon draped strapless gown with embroidered bodice detail by Marchesa. She teamed the whimsical number with a turquoise and pearl embroidered square box clutch, also by the designer. (The 19-year-old also received the award for Favorite Pop Artist.)

And The Vampire Diaries' Nina Dobrev, 22, who nabbed the award for Favorite TV Drama Actress, looked gorgeous in a kelly green cocktail dress with lace sleeves and nude pumps, both by Elie Saab, and a Lauren Merkin clutch.
