Katherine Heigl
Katherine Heigl was questioned about being "difficult" on set during the 2014 TCAs.

A difficult question! Though a massive report came out from the Hollywood Reporter in September 2013 claiming that film and TV star Katherine Heigl was "difficult" to work with, the Grey's Anatomy alum, 35, hasn't been directly questioned about the piece since. That is, until Sunday, July 13 at the 2014 TCAs.

After a reporter specifically mentioned the claims, Heigl vaguely mentioned her various projects, she replied, "I can only say that I certainly don't see myself as being difficult, I would never intend to be difficult… If I have ever disappointed somebody, it was never intentional."

The Hollywood Reporter quoted sources saying Heigl's antics had cost films countless hours, therefore costing plenty of money.

The star of 27 Dresses, Knocked Up, and The Ugly Truth is preparing to play CIA agent Charlie Tucker in the new NBC drama State of Affairs, which is being produced by her mother Nancy Heigl

The magazine also claimed that Nancy's vulgar language and insults were disruptive on set. After exiting Grey's Anatomy in 2010, Heigl took a break from television to spend time with her husband Josh Kelley and two adopted daughters Nancy and Adalaide

"I took a couple of years off to be with my family… I needed that time," Katherine said of her hiatus from the entertainment industry. "I needed to be a mom, and be a wife and be a friend and really revel in that."
