Claire Danes quickly expressed her appreciation to Homeland costars Damien Lewis and Mandy Patinkin ("holla!") after nabbing an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Sunday, but they wasn't the only leading men who were top of mind for Danes.
After a shocked Lanvin-clad Danes, 33, thanked her hardworking cast and crew, the pregnant actress gave her sexy husband Hugh Dancy — beaming in the audience — a special shout-out.
"My husband, my love, my life, my baby daddy: This doesn't mean anything without you," Danes gushes as she clutched her golden trophy. "I love you so much and I'm so grateful. Thank you."
Danes beat out The Good Wife's Julianna Margulies, Mad Men's Elisabeth Moss, Downton Abbey's Michelle Dockery, Damages' Glenn Close and Harry's Law's Kathy Bates for the Outstanding Lead Actress trophy.
Stunning on the red carpet in a yellow Lanvin dress, Danes — whose second season of Homeland premieres October 2 — reports that her pregnancy has so far progressed swimmingly.
Married to Dancy since 2009, the future first-time mom said she's been "really, really lucky to have a gentle pregnancy" as she films Showtime's hit. "It's not running too much interference."
