Dianna Agron wants to be taken seriously.
In the September issue of Cosmopolitan, the 25-year-old Glee star says that unlike some of her peers, she hopes to be recognized for her talents — and not for her messy personal life.
"It's really sad looking at people like Lindsay Lohan. She's an amazing actress, but you see what happens when people know too much about your personal life," Agron says. "They start not being able to look at you the same way professionally. I don't want that to happen to me."
Agron kept a low-profile after a messy breakup with her I Am Number Four costar Alex Pettyfer in February (a source told Us Weekly he became "a psycho loose cannon" post-split). Though Agron flirted with Chris Evans, 30, at a pre-Oscar party just a few weeks later, the actress soon began dating Evans' Captain America: The First Avenger costar Sebastian Stan, 27.
