Giuliana Rancic will have some company at the E! News desk come November 12.

On Monday, E! announced that Terrence Jenkins, formerly of BET's video countdown show 106th & Park, will join new mom Rancic at the anchor desk for the network's wildly popular evening news program this fall. In addition to his role as co-anchor, Jenkins — who goes by Terrence J — will contribute in-depth personality profiles and other pieces for the network.

"[Terrence's] energy and engaging personality, coupled with E! News Lead Anchor Giuliana Rancic's proven experience, should help cement E! News' stature as the leading source for news across pop culture, delivered to an engaged audience on all platforms," E!'s President of Network Strategy and E! News Cyndi McClellan tells Us Weekly in a statement.

Jenkins isn't only a lauded newsman. In addition to his work on the BET channel, the 30-year-old has appeared in 2007's Stomp the Yard sequel, Stomp the Yard 2: Homecoming; Think Like a Man and Sparkle. He also took part in E!'s homegrown spinoff series Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami.

When Rancic, 37, returns to work this fall, she'll no doubt have her hands full with newborn Edward Duke at home. Born via gestational surrogate August 29 in Denver, Giuliana and Bill Rancic's baby boy is a "dream," according to his over-the-moon mama. "It's true what they say [and what you all told us] . . . Bill Rancic and I couldn't love little Duke anymore than we do."
