What do royals do when it rains?

Head to the movies, of course! On Saturday, Prince William and Duchess Kate saw not one, but two feature films at their local branch of Cineworld in Llandudno Junction, which is about 35 miles outside Anglesey. William works as a search and rescue pilot on Anglesey, and it’s also where he and Kate have lived since 2010.

Kate, 29, and William, also 29, saw both Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 and Bridesmaids, sources confirm to Us Weekly.

Kate "was dressed casually, in jeans and a cardigan," an insider said. "They [each] had drinks, but shared a bag of popcorn."

And while Harry Potter is a product of fellow Brit J.K. Rowling (based on her mega-blockbuster books) and starring such hot English stars as Emma Watson, Daniel Radcliffe and others, Bridesmaids has apparently been on the Duchess' must-see list for a while. At the July 9 BAFTA Brits to Watch bash in Hollywood, Bridesmaids' director Paul Feig joked with Dana Delany and Kate that his super-raunchy film could've given any bride-to-be cold feet.

"We were joking that it was a good thing she didn't see Bridesmaids before she got married, or she might have been a runaway bride!" Delany, 55, told Us. "Although she said she wanted to see it!"
