More Bachelor/Bachelorette wedding bells!
Tara Durr (The Bachelor: Rome, Season 6) will wed John Presser (The Bachelorette Season 6) in St. Augustine, Fla. on Nov. 6, she tells UsMagazine.com exclusively.
(Presser, 30, was shown the door by Bachelorette Jillian Harris on the first episode last year; Durr, 29, similarly went home on the premiere episode of Prince Lorenzo Borghese's 2006 season.)
The couple's nuptials won't be small: They've invited over 600 guests! "He has a large family and I have a lot of friends I’ve stayed in contact with over the years," Durr tells Us.
The bride, a St. Augustine native, flies to NYC next week to get fitted for her custom dress. "I'm so excited!" she gushes.
How'd they meet? After connecting via Bachelor Facebook page, the couple clicked at a Bachelor/Bachelorette reunion in California's Napa Valley about a year ago. "One thing led to another, and it's all been great!" Durr tells Us. "We both knew, right away."
He popped the question back in February. "We were actually the first Bachelor reunion couple to get engaged but Jesse [Csinscak] beat us to the altar!" (Csinscak wed Ann Leuders in Las Vegas last month; the show vets also met at a Bachelor reunion.)
Right now, Durr and Presser have a long distance relationship: he does marketing for a pharmaceutical company in Connecticut, and she's a realtor in Florida. They're still "working out the details," but plan to live together in her home state. "We're really looking forward to living in the same place!" she says.
