New Moon's Bella and Jacob top the 2009 list of most popular baby names, released Friday by the Social Security Administration.

Kristen Stewart's Bella is short for Isabella, the new No. 1 girl's name, and Jacob, played by Taylor Lautner, has reigned atop the boy's list for 11 straight years.

Cullen — the last name of Robert Pattinson's character, Edward — was the fastest-growing guy's name, shooting up from No. 782 to No. 485 on the list.

More baby name winners include Maliyah, a variation of the spelling of President Barack Obama's 11-year-old daughter, Malia, which jumped up 342 spots on the list, and Isla, "a Scottish name that was virtually unheard of in this country before the appearance of Isla Fisher," Linda Rosenkrantz, who wrote The Baby Name Bible and runs NameBerry.com with Pamela Redmond Satran, tells UsMagazine.com.

"Last year's biggest climber, Khloe, jumped another 101 places, showing the continuing desire of parents to keep up with the Kardashians," joked Rosenkrantz.

69 babies were named Barack in 2009, making it the 1,993 most popular name (it was 12,533 in 2007), but it still lags behind the first dog, Bo, which came in at No. 782.

Mylee and Miley dropped significantly on the list, and in the wake of Lindsay Lohan's controversial year, Lindsay plummeted from the No. 381 to 524 spot. "Parents are definitely cooling on Miley and her spelling variations, Britney and Jonas," added Rosenkrantz. (Britney is down 54 spots, and Jonas dropped 105.)
