What game? Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy showed up at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, March 3, to watch the New York Knicks play the Miami Heat — but they appeared to have eyes only for each other.
The couple of nearly a year packed on the PDA as the Knicks tried unsuccessfully to end Miami's 14-game winning streak. Olsen, 26, kept a tight grip on Sarkozy, 42, wrapping both arms around his and pulling him close to talk. Both flashed big smiles, but the fashion designer flashed something else, too: a delicate gold band on her left ring finger.
Don't read too much into it, though — sources told Us Weekly recently that the two are not engaged. They are, however, "madly in love," one insider said of Olsen and the 16-years-older Sarkozy, who share a $6.25 million apartment in New York City. The young designer has even won over her boyfriend's ex-wife, Charlotte Sarkozy. "Charlotte loves her!" a source told Us.
Madison Square Garden has become a frequent date-night destination for the PDA-loving pair. Six months after Us Weekly first confirmed they were a couple, the two were photographed sharing a sweet moment at a Nov. 9 basketball game with the French financier's two children. They returned to the stands in December to watch the Knicks take on the Los Angeles Lakers.
Sunday's game was packed with other famous faces as well. Among the celebs in attendance: Paul Rudd, Jason Sudeikis, Phil Collins, Tyrese, and Bridget Moynahan.
