Haiti: How the Stars Are Helping

The stars are banding together to raise awareness and much-needed funds for Haiti, which was rocked by a devastating earthquake on Tuesday. Read on to find out who is doing what — and how you can help.

Sandra Bullock
The Golden Globe-nominated actress donated $1 million Friday to Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres. Said Bullock, "I wanted to ensure that my donation would be used immediately to meet the needs of the Haitian people affected by this catastrophic event."

Tiger Woods
The golfer, who is currently in hiding after being linked to 14 women, is considering spending $3 million on a mobile hospital with 50 EMTs, his pal Russell Simmons says. The president of the Tiger Woods Foundation confirms their staff is going over options of how to help.

Chelsea Clinton
The former first daughter is hosting a 90-minute spinning class at SoulCycle in New York City's TriBeCa neighborhood on Jan. 21 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. to  benefit The Clinton Haiti Relief Fund. Bikes cost between $100 and $1,000.

Gisele Bundchen
The supermodel and new mom wrote a $1 million check to the Red Cross Friday.

Kris Allen
The season 8 American Idol winner Tweeted a link to an American Idol fan Unicef page accepting donations.

Alonzo Mourning & Dwyane Wade
The NBA all-stars formed the Athletes Relief Fund for Haiti to urge athletes to donate money. "I feel a profound sense of sadness for my many affected friends and neighbors; however, I am confident we can work together to make a difference," said Mourning, who traveled to Haiti Friday morning.

Lenny Kravitz
"Our neighbors in Haiti are in desperate need of our help in their darkest hour," Kravitz, 45, told UsMagazine.com in an exclusive video clip to promote SaveHaitiSaturday.com, which encourages businesses to donate a portion of their proceeds on that day to the relief effort. Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez is also involved in the initiative.

Haiti-born Wyclef Jean
The singer has already raised more than $1 million through his Yele Haiti Earthquake Fund.

Madonna
She has pledged $250,000. In a statement, she said told UsMagazine.com: "My prayers are with the people of Haiti. I can't imagine the terrible pain and suffering they are experiencing. Sadly the depths of the tragedy are just becoming known and the need for our support grows more urgent with every passing moment."

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt
They are donating $1 million to Doctors Without Borders. Pitt's international advocacy group, Not On Our Watch – which he founded with George Clooney, Matt Damon, Don Cheadle and producer Jerry Weintraub – also gave $1 million.

Lance Armstrong
His LiveStrong Foundation has pledged $250,000. Money will go to Doctors Without Borders and Partners in Health founded by Harvard professor Paul Farmer.

Alyssa Milano
The goodwill ambassador for UNICEF wrote a $50,000 check to the U.S. Fund for UNICEF. She is asking U.S. corporations to match her donation.

Tyler Perry
The Madea director gave $250,000 through his Tyler Perry Foundation.

Ben Stiller
He's raising money for a school in Ceverine in Haiti through Save the Children and his foundation, Stillerstrong. He also is asking fans for $10 donations charged to phone bills by texting "Haiti" to 90999.

George Clooney
As Us reported Thursday, he is hosting a telethon Jan. 22 on MTV to raise funds.

David Blaine
The magician, who shot a TV special in Haiti in 1999, is working with the Red Cross to raise funds for Haitian earthquake victims by performing his street magic for 72 hours non-stop, starting Friday at 9 a.m. in Times Square.

Blink 182
Benji and Joel Madden have raised $15,000 through sales of their Blink-Haiti T-shirts.
