Unlike fellow moms-to-be Jessica Simpson and Kim Kardashian, Kate Middleton is continuing to keep her bump under wraps.
The Duchess of Cambridge and husband Prince William, who are expecting their first child together in July, visited the offices of Child Bereavement UK charity in Saunderton, Buckinghamshire on Tuesday, March 19.
Middleton, 31, wore a beautiful white winter coat, black tights, heels, gloves and carried a little black clutch. The parents-to-be met with staff from the Bereavement Services and Training and Fundraising before meeting with families. Child Bereavement UK gives families access to support and information when a child grieves or dies.

As revealed in the current issue of Us Weekly, the royal couple has an adorable nickname for their baby-to-be. "Kate and William call it 'our little grape,'" the insider says, in reference to the size of the fetus on a recent growth chart.
A source tells Us that William, 30, is working hard to spend as much time by his wife's side as possible, despite his demanding hours as a search-and-rescue pilot. "They make it work as best they can," the source explains.
