A new year, a new mugshot for Lindsay Lohan. Following her Monday, March 18 plea deal, the 26-year-old Mean Girls star was booked at the Santa Monica police department, and posed for another mugshot — her sixth overall. Wearing a varsity-style jacket and black shirt, with her red locks pulled back, Lohan fails to crack a smile in the latest "portrait."
One day earlier, Lohan accepted a plea deal, pleading no contest to reckless driving and lying to authorities — all related to her summer 2012 car crash. The former Disney star must serve 90 days in rehab, perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months.
The troubled actress must also pay a $240 restitution fine and $30 criminal conviction assessment fee, in addition to paying restitution to the victim; Per the terms of her plea deal, Lohan was reminded that she cannot drive with any measurable amount of drugs or alcohol in her system, or without a valid license and insurance.
"A suggestion: don't drive. You're in New York. You don't need to drive," the judge told Lohan in court. "This is it. You violate your probation and we're not going to be having discussions about putting you back on probation in either case."
