Biggest Loser to the rescue!

When Suzy Hoover, 34, who dropped 95 pounds on the NBC reality hit in 2005, couldn't shed 25 pounds of baby weight after the birth of her second son in 2008, she knew what to do.

VIDEO: How Biggest Loser winners stay slim

"I emailed the Biggest Loser Ranch," the 5-foot-5, 180-pound Seattle hairstylist tells UsMagazine.com. "I felt like I was out of control."

So while her hubby — season two winner Matt Hoover, 34 — tended to Rex, 2, and Jax, 18 months, the size-12 mom spent a week at the Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge in Ivins, Utah, to jumpstart her weight loss.

"The workouts were crazy!" says Hoover, who rose at 6 a.m. each day for a class like yoga, followed by a 180-minute hike and three more 45-minute classes (such as kickboxing).

Fueling all this exercise? About 1,200 calories a day, split into three veggie-heavy meals.

Now five pounds lighter, she's traded Goldfish crackers for crudite and is whipping up the resort's signature salmon burgers at home.

With a goal of 160 pounds, Hoover — who has weighed as much as 227 pounds and as little as 132 pounds — even plans to return to the resort in April with Matt: "He's actually a little scared!"
