Nothing to see here, folks. Despite reports claiming that Madonna dissed longtime pal Demi Moore by leaving her off the list for her annual Oscars bash — and inviting the actress' soon-to-be ex-husband Ashton Kutcher instead — insiders tell Us Weekly that all is well between the A-list friends.
A source close to the LOL star tells Us that Moore's absence from Madonna's party was a matter of simple geography, and that any rumors of a snub or feud are completely false. "Demi was out of the country on vacation," the insider says.
Moore and Kutcher separated in the fall of 2011 after six years of marriage, following the actor's highly publicized one-night stand with Sara Leal. Over a year later, Kutcher filed divorce papers in L.A. Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split.
Both stars have since moved on. Moore, 50, has been spotted in recent months with restaurateur Harry Morton and art dealer Vito Schnabel, while Kutcher, 34, is getting serious with his girlfriend of one year, Mila Kunis.
