A perfect place for her princess! Ellen Pompeo just revealed she and husband Chris Ivery welcomed their second daughter via surrogate, but now fans of the Grey’s Anatomy actress can also take a sneak peek into her baby girl’s nursery! The mom of two showed off exclusive pictures of the bright, inviting room for Architectural Digest’s November issue.
Sienna May’s new adorable digs include a variety of pink, blue, orange and yellow paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling. She’ll have plenty of stuffed animals to play with in her hot pink crib, which is set next to a yellow dresser. (In the mag, Pompeo also shows more snapshots of her newly renovated 16,000 square foot L.A. home.)
On the cover, Pompeo sweetly holds hands with her 5-year-old daughter Stella Luna. The mother-daughter duo are all dressed up and standing in the couple’s spacious living room.
Pompeo, 44, announced earlier today that she and the music producer, 46, recently welcomed their newborn into the family. “Sienna May Ivery welcome to the world. We love you more than words can say,” the proud mom wrote.
In a sweet WhoSay snapshot, Ivery gave his baby girl a kiss on the cheek. “Sienna was born via surrogate & I would like to thank my whole @ShondalandTV family for helping us enjoy these first few weeks privately,” Pompeo added via Instagram.
Pompeo and Ivery have been extremely private about their personal life from the start. In November 2007, it was revealed that they quietly wed at NYC’s City Hall.
