Prince William, Kate Middleton Congratulate President Obama on Re-Election in Personal Note

Among the many congrats from around the country and the globe, President Barack Obama is getting happy cheers from none other than the future King and Queen of England!

"The Duke and Duchess have sent a personal note of congratulations to Barack Obama on his US re-election," a source tells Us Weekly exclusively of Prince William and Kate Middleton, both 30, who've bonded with Barack, 51, and wife Michelle Obama, 48, on several occasions.

(Most recently, sans her husband, the First Lady mingled with the royals on a solo trip to London when the Summer Olympics kicked off in July.)

And William's grandmother is stoked for the victory, too!

"Her Majesty is pleased with the election result," a Palace insider tells Us of Queen Elizabeth, 86.

 "She gets on well with Mr. Obama and his wife," another source says.
