No olive branch here. Jimmy Kimmel is continuing his war of words with fellow talk show host Jay Leno — and he's not pulling any verbal punches. In a new interview with Playboy magazine, the comedian, 45, disses his longtime rival yet again, saying that while he "loved" Leno's early late-night appearances, he now cares very little for or about the Tonight Show host.

"I don't know. I always feel bad if I hurt anybody's feelings, but I don't believe Jay Leno has actual feelings, and he doesn't seem to be that worried about other people's feelings," Kimmel tells the magazine. He goes on to add that he never tells a joke he can imagine the NBC standout telling, even if it's a solid gag.

The ABC host's feud with Leno has been going on for years, but there's newfound interest in it now that the two are going head-to-head in the same time slot. (In January, Jimmy Kimmel Live moved from 12:05 a.m. to 11:35 p.m., opposite The Tonight Show and The Late Show With David Letterman.)

That said, Kimmel claims he has no desire to keep hashing things out (despite the fact that he also slammed Leno in Rolling Stone and during a conference call with reporters). "Strangely I don't even like talking about him anymore," he tells Playboy. "The only time I think about him is when I'm asked."

Kimmel is more than happy to talk about Letterman, though. "I should add here that Dave transcends any time slot," the ABC star says of his CBS competition. "He is the father of comedy as we now know it."
