Scooting through life post-break up! Jason Segel was spotted cruising through West Hollywood on Saturday, March 2 in his first appearance following his split from Michelle Williams.
Segel appeared to be in good spirits as he rode his scooter around town with a smile on his face.
Us Weekly exclusively revealed that the How I Met Your Mother actor, 33, and Williams, 32, split in early February after a year of dating. "They had a lot of fun, but it just didn't work," a pal told Us. "The breakup was mutual," another insider said.
A source also explained to Us that Segel and Williams' bicoastal relationship became too difficult to make work. Williams lives in New York with daughter Matilda, 7, while Segel lives in Los Angeles to film his CBS sitcom.

Williams has been busy traveling since the breakup to promote her new film Oz the Great and Powerful. The actress visited Moscow, Russia with costars Mila Kunis and James Franco on Feb. 27, and the cast attended the London premiere on Feb. 28.
