Zac Efron is a man of many talents, according to Pitch Perfect's Rebel Wilson. The pair, who were first spotted sitting courtside at a Los Angeles Lakers game in November 2012 (Wilson even tweeted a picture!), have been in communication ever since. In the following months, the Australian actress says she's uncovered a slew of secrets about 25-year-old Efron.
"We have each other's numbers," Wilson, 27, tells Buzzfeed. "But he's busy — he's about to do a movie called Townies with Seth Rogen. And he's such a cool dude. Something people might not know about him is he's a really good freestyle rapper. Like, really good. Like, he could go in and battle!"
Wilson — known for her scene-stealing roles in Bridesmaids, What to Expect When You're Expecting and Bachelorette — adds that it would be "friggen sweet" to release a rap single with Efron.
"I remember when I met him, we were both guests on The Ellen Show," she recalls. "I was rapping on that show and he kind of knew I could rap, and then he wanted to show me his rap skills — and he's, like, really good. Like, I'm not exaggerating. He must practice."
Though she's currently shooting the new comedy series Super Fun Night and gearing up to host the MTV Movie Awards April 14, Wilson hints she may also appear in a future Hunger Games movie opposite her celebrity girl crush, Jennifer Lawrence. "I met her at a party and she was super-duper nice," Wilson says of the Oscar winner. "I love The Hunger Games and I can't wait for the new one to come out."
Revealing that she's "had a meeting about being" in the film franchise, Wilson says she would play "one of the people in the Capitol. That's all I'll say. . . There aren't a lot of roles open, because they've all already been cast, but that would be awesome. I'd love to be in The Hunger Games."
