Will.i.am Goes on Twitter Rant Against United Airlines After They Gave Away His First Class Seat

Will.I.Am
Will.i.am went on a Twitter rant against United Airlines.

Will.i.am has no tolerance for bad custumer service. The Black Eyed Peas alum, 39, made his grievances heard in a very public way on Tuesday, Oct. 7, when he went on a Twitter rant against United Airlines.

"Make sure when you fly to china via ?@united? you get to the airport 1day before because they'll give your seats away," the producer first tweeted.

Lest fans think he was speaking about someone else's problems, he went on to add, "I'm flying to china and ?@united? just gave my seats away… ?#wtf?."

Will.i.am went on to compare the airlines to other companies that he has had better experiences with and to speak directly to United itself. "I fly @BA @quantas @koreanAIR @singaporeAIR & they wait for premium passengers to arrive…they don't give away your seat like @united," he wrote. "@united I'm sitting in the airport ready to fly to china for a business meeting & i want to thank you so much for giving my seat away…"

This is hardly the first time that the "Feelin' Myself" performer has been less than satisfied with United — a fact he referenced in one of his many tweets. "Plane leave at 1:15 I got to the airport at 12:30…@united is the worse…" he wrote. "I should have learned from the last @united experience"

Said experience took place this past May, when Will.i.am reportedly ran into trouble at the United Airlines Global First Class Lounge at an unconfirmed locale. He tweeted that he was kicked out of the lounge, explaining that the company thought his membership card was fake.
