Weeks before Demi Moore was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital for "exhaustion," the 49-year-old night owl was partying the night away at Hollywood hot spot Beacher's Madhouse.
On the night of January 11, the Margin Call actress was spotted "table dancing while three guys sat there watching," an eyewitness tells Us Weekly. "She was trashed."
Surrounded by celebs including Brody Jenner, Jersey Shore's Paul "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio and Miley Cyrus, Moore "looked super skinny."
For those who know Moore, it's not surprising to see her acting out. After coming to terms with Ashton Kutcher's multiple infidelities (most notably with 22-year-old party girl Sara Leal), the actress announced plans to end her six-year marriage in November.
Since then, Moore has bumped into her 33-year-old ex at least twice: on December 1 at a West Hollywood private members' club ("He gave her a hug and they spoke for a few minutes," an onlooker told Us) and January 13 at a pre-Golden Globes party in West Hollywood.
"I saw him briefly say hi to her, but that was it," a partygoer said of their January 13 run-in. "They spent most of the evening keeping a distance."
On January 15, Rumer Willis accompanied her mom to Sean Penn's Cinema for Peace Event Benefiting J/P Haitian Relief Organization in L.A. "Demi ordered about a dozen Red Bulls that night," a source says. The Striptease star also "took a ton of pictures of people with her iPhone" throughout the night, the source adds. "She was excited to see anyone who approached her."
Moore — who is reportedly also being treated for substance abuse — is currently in treatment.
"Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health," her rep told Us Tuesday. "She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."
